During the first few turns it's a good idea to build up your income by taking Ulan Bator, Konev's city and the one west of him. By then, the Japanese allies will be swarmed with Russian tanks as well as Rokossovsky and Vatutuin. So, the slow units (especially artillery generals with Rumor (Nimitz and Leeb in my case)) continue north via the city Rokossovsky used to be in. The faster tanks need to deal with the Russian generals and army as well as Chita in the north east. With all the cities that are taken back there should be enough resources to surround and kill Zhukov with one successful Rumor.
Konev is defeated and the heavy and two medium tanks in the west have been repelled. The city attacked by Rokossovsky was taken (stolen from Japanese ally) and will produce an armored car or a light tank every round.
The SE cities have been captured and we slowly surround Rokossovsky with the damgaged units that defended the city while some of them are sacrificed to block Vatutin and more tanks coming from the north(east). Fortunately, a relief force consisting of our two heavy tanks and some allied units are about to knock out Rokossovsky.
Vatutin decided to turn back and engage the Rumor artillery group as they try to take the city that's seperating them from Zhukov. One of the heavy tanks was able to take yet another Jpanese city about to be conquered by the Russians.
One of the heavy tanks that defeated Rokossovsky will now help the artillery group with Vatutin. I am also build more rocket artilleries at the cities close to Zhukov. The one heavy tank in the east killed the last units of the Russian attack force. Taking the city with the airport will provide paratroopers for Chita.
Chita taken and full Rumor surround on Zhukov will guarantee vicory within the next 2 turns.
