Once you secure the port start sending submarines to take out cunningham's cruiser, whilst you send your destroyers and cruisers to take the next island's port. Let graziani's fleet handle themselves as even if your ally's fleet gets wiped out, graziani will always manage to land and claim the island.
wait until the area is free from enemy naval unit before you move your howitzer, heavy and medium tank to the island in the middle. Take out the coastal artillery with your cruisers first before letting your land units land ashore.
after defeating Cunningham your units will have a morale boost which makes wiping out the British Armada much easier. Upon capturing the island in the middle you may want to send a paratrooper to graziani's island to take the enemy's objective port.
You can easily destroy mountbatten with submarines, since all ports are under your control and you have tons of cash from capturing the cities.
