If you recall, the last similar campaign was The Final Base against the Russians. This time, you face off with the Terrorists with the UK and the Soviet Union as your allies. The huge twist is that after defeating Osborn(terrorist tank gen, bottom left corner), the Soviets will turn against you, and it can be problematic. In this guide, you can not only be speedy enough to capture all objective cities before the Soviets get too strong, but also avoid Osborn so that he will be the last objective and you can win without facing off against the Soviet Union. Here's how.
Generals used:
1) Guderian (fully upgraded skills)
2) Rommel (fully upgraded skills except for crossfire at level 2)
3) Rokossovsky (unupgraded except for level 3 panzer leader, level 3 armored assault and level 2 rumor)
4) Nimitz (unupgraded except for level 5 fleet leader, level 3 explosives and level 3 rumor)
5) Konev (fully upgraded skills except for raider at level 1)
6) Arnold (unupgraded except for level 3 crowd tactics and level 3 airforce leader)
Note that none of the generals have upgraded rank, only all red banner health boosts.
Technology: Full for all.
So first like the picture above get one tank gen on the top right island, take the city, then rejoin the other generals. Focus ion cannon/satellite blast on the artillery general on the bottom right corner(Williams). Other generals to land and take the city with the level 2 missile silo. Afterwards, move everyone down. Use your missiles to allow the USSR to land quickly and lower their target hp health to 0. They need to take it asap so that they will move on and get severely damaged by the terrorist generals.
Rumor is very important, works well with blitzkrieg, as you try to confuse the many tank gens you meet asap. Try to get one artillery gen and one tank gen to flank a terrorist gen, then hope that both of their rumor will trigger to confuse the enemy. This is crucial as you can conserve your health to ensure that you do not face much difficulty later with Morita and Osborn. If you have navy generals or air generals, use them to help the USSR confuse their city targets and lower the city health of cities you are going to attack with your land generals respectively. The former is for the Russians to go to Osborn's city asap, where Guillemot and Osborn will annihilate them one by one. The latter is for ease of triggering double tank attack so that your tank general can deal rumor twice. Afterwards, Williams should have low enough health for a one shot with your best tank general's panzer leader activated. Move forward to the bottom right corner tank general's city, flank the tank general, one shot Williams with your tank general(if his health is too high use missiles to lower health before using your tank general), and then all focus on confusing the tank general. If it does not work paratroop distracting infantry near the enemy to conserve your general's health. When you are done, you can start moving West. The British would have brought Coulson down to low health, which makes it easy for your land generals to defeat him. Make sure that your naval units are stationed nearby to claim the port as soon as possible as well. Morita, the infantry general, will be your next objective. By then the Soviet generals would have either been wiped out or dangling at very low health.
Osborn would have left the city and will move to Morita's city. Use your tank generals to easily take out Morita, but ensure that they are positioned far away from Osborn's forces. Paratroop some infantry right next to Osborn so that your generals can again conserve health. See where Rokossovsky is in the picture? Move your generals through that space and head to the bottom left corner city like that. If you followed the strategy diligently and everything went well, you would not even had to use a nuke. Just use them with stealth bombers on the bottom left corner city. Now, the only objective left is Osborn.
Confused him in 1 turn, and easily completed the campaign.
If you look behind the end screen, the triggered text message is the one that signals the switching sides of the USSR to become your enemy. But you have already won, so no need to worry about that
