This is a hard mission where the enemy spam is very tedious. However, with this unorthodox strategy you can sustain you generals to the last objectives. Here's how. I used Konev, Arnold, Yamashita, Rommel and Guderian. If you have an upgraded Leeb, Zhukov, Manstein or Rokossovsky, 1 additional tank and artillery general each would be useful here. Yamashita (or any infantry general) is optional. Full technology. If you have tried this mission and attacked Lima first, a colossal titan tank spam will attack you, leaving your generals at half health. What's more, your allies would have been annhilated by Williams, and you have so many objectives left but near dying weak generals. In this novel tactic, dont attack Lima, but move to your allies. Confuse terrorist generals with rumor quickly to conserve both your own units and your allies' health. After taking Fortaleza, Osborn and co. will come dashing after you. Just confuse Osborn asap, and toggle between lowering his hp and attacking the enemy units. Now, you have toppled two objectives with three to go, and if you have been careful enough to confuse enemy generals your generals should be still relatively healthy at 3/4 health.
When you take Rio, Wagner leaves Lima, and while he's here just confuse him, and then do the same with Coulson. Gaiman will leave his city and camp beside Peru, but wont enter the city. Which means, you can take all 4 objectives with your generals still surviving. For me, I didnt notice Wagner who brought my generals to low health, but if you confuse them fast it would be easier. I just brought all of them to Peru and used some nukes too, and won. However, in the event that your generals die or have very low hp after the 4 objectives, then spawning generals in Bogota might help, just spawn 1 tank 1 artillery and send them down south.

There's a titan tank spam if you take Lima? My gens just cruised down the Pacific coast of the continent with ease and the only problem is the enemy titan tank gen who leaves Rio de Janeiro.

Gaiman rushes to support with at least 3 titan tanks and 3 self propelled howitzers. At least 2 titan tanks spawn additionally to help. Not to mention at least 2 elite infantry stacked units

How do you even do this mission? First it's hard to produce units since I have to defend Bogota from elite infantry. Also when I take Rio and confuse Coulson, Wagner + Titan Tanks start destroying my generals, then Coulson isn't confused anymore and annihilate my whole force. Btw I have maxed tech and used maxed Guderian, well upgraded Konev and Rommel, and unupgraded Rokossovsky and Leeb.

You need to ensure that while attacking Coulson you constantly apply rumor on him with your generals. You could consider getting a support general like Arnold, with crowd tactics and rumor. He helped me alot for this mission. For Wagner's forces, you have no other choice but to quickly confuse Wagner, and squeeze past the spam to reach the last objective city

Also for Arnold (hopefully farming won't be tough), would crowd tactics be a good skill?

If Gaiman refuses to enter Lima, it's a better incentive to defeat Wagner early on to capture the city. Just spam armoured cars to handle Gainman's minions when he attacks and quickly finish off Coulson, Osborn and the last target cities. A lvl 4 factory, lvl 1 institute and missile silo should not be ignored, especially if it's a nearby objective city.
I sent Guderian and Rommel/Rokossovsky down with Konev to attack Lima while my 3rd tank gen supports my allies.
Note: By this time, your gens should already have their respective Rumour skill upgraded to the max if they have it.

Let's go. I completed this campaign by going with the allies. I think destroying Wagner before attacking Rio is very crucial in this mission.

On my first attempt I made the mistake of choosing two navy generals instead of using Leeb, so I'm gonna restart that level and try again.
