Canada in 1950 is relatively easy. You are safe and have two ok-ish generals, Crerar and Simonds. I recommend two or three good tank/arty generals. A naval general is also useful. I used Guderian with lots of upgrades, Konev and Leeb with a few upgrades, Messe which I deployed late game to hasten things, and Kuznetsov.
Phase I: Preparation
Europe/Africa
-Put your arty general on the triple howitzer, spawn triple heavy tanks and triple howitzers for your generals. I spawned one each for Guderian and Leeb.
-Send them to AFRICA, not Europe. It will be difficult to fight the Soviets.
Asia
-If you have a navy general, put him on the double cruiser. This front will see a lot of bloody naval combat.
-Spawn some medium tanks and howitzers. Send them to Indochina with Simonds, escorted by the double cruiser. This must not fail.
Phase II: First Blood
Europe/Africa
-Take the French port and annihilate Egypt ASAP except for the two cities separated by water. Build double cruisers and triple submarines to gain naval dominance. Do not rush and conserve your generals' HP. Guderian must not be heavily wounded.
-Do not bother with the Soviets.
Asia
-Defeat Thailand. The U.K. and France will help you.
-Defend Bangkok. Middle East powers will attack you.
-If possible, seize one or two cities in Japan.
Phase III: The Greatest War
Europe/Africa
-Push and destroy Egypt.
-Defeat Iraq and Iran. This will relieve pressure from the Asian front.
-Use your navy to bombard nearby coastal cities, including Athens.
-At this point a great battle between NATO and WTO will exist in France and the Low Countries.
Asia:
-With Middle Eastern threat neutralized and China locked in combat with Japan and the USA, you can go on the offensive. Raid China's southern cities.
Phase IV: Winning the War
Europe/Africa
-Annihilate the Balkan countries. Disrupt the Soviets by raiding their southern cities. If you have Messe, put him on a triple heavy tank and send him to Spain to halt the Soviets.
-Do not worry if France or the UK falls. Chances are that they both will lose their mainland sooner or later.
Asia
-Open a new front and capture Seoul. China's resistance should be minimal.
