Blue is regular army. Orange means build a defense from all of the americas attacking. Keep franco in madrid. Light yellow is a specific push into britian. paratroop german citys that are empty. Purple means build a lots of heavy tanks to get through to alaska to attack canada and america. white means to capture those ports. Very important thing to do. uild a fleet of subs to attack the fleet of the enemy. use gens to push through africa and india and burma. Use a tank gen to push into america. This can be done with this strategy without gens. build lots of navy to destroy the enemy. Build missle bases when you can to annalate the enemy. Paratroop as many citys as possible to cripple the revenue of the enemy and give you more to spam. Use nukes if you want or if there is a big push or if you just want.

This looks like a good strategy for those with low tech or few/subpar generals if they are patient and have the time to pull it off.
I’ve beaten it with Spain in 43 on mid tech but I went the opposite direction other than securing Africa which is the key to victory .
Subs, subs and more subs until USA is cut off from the Atlantic and land 2-3 generals on North America and once you secure a city or two it’s over. Every turn get a sub and some boots in Africa. Once Africa is done start sending units to Canada/US and the rest of the axis should be ok if you do it fast enough
