youre better off placing him in hunting cavalry most of the time while Stonewall and McClellan (Ludendorff if you are p2w like me) take the breastplate cavalry. 3/5 for usefulness though 4/5 if his title couldve been higher than duke

Decent/OK, like he is in EW6: 1804.

Better than his 1806 counterpart, and we get him for free! (though he's not as good as Stonewall Jackson)

Good cavalry general, and above all we get him for free! Although he is not the best, keep in mind that this guy was very expensive in EW6: 1804. Great value for money.

Is it worth the gold to upgrade him to be my third cav? McClellan and Stonewall are my 1 and 2, respectively.

Pros:
-Prince Rank - Free - Wiser investment than Stepanovic or Joffre - 4 Skill Slots - Can be a good aura buff general (give him cav commander and defense formation). Can also be a good debuff general like wise. - Only 3 notably better cavarly generals: McCellan, Jackson, Johnston
Cons: - Capped at Prince Rank (meh defense) - Will suck up textbooks (at mininum, counterattack has to be changed), maybe mountain fighting as well. - Not as much potential when compared to the 3 generals mentions above.
Overall: Solid (4/5 stars)

As I remember we can use Moltke in two of "History" mode battles. And to have a McClellan-like general can be very helpful. I am still doubting whether or not to buy Bismarck, but since Moltke is free it would be really wise to keep him, at least for a while...

Completely forgot about that.
