Generals used in this conquest are Graziani, Guderian, Konev and Nimitz. Tech and generals are maxed.
Start off by moving your starting unit with the general east into soviet territory. Be careful not to get him killed. If he dies, you'll have to start over. I moved the general unit toward a weak soviet city past the enemy lines, attacked and took it with no enemy unit spawning. After that I move him on to the next city and repeat.

When you have the funds build a financial center on Budapest, then build a triple stacked medium and put a good tank general (but not your best). I put Graziani specifically for his hp recovery... I move Graziani east to hit a few soviet units than I move him north toward Moscow

After that I move him north toward Moscow, attacking any units that get in the way. Once at Moscow, keep him there and be sure to capture Moscow, as you need this city for heavy tanks and your next general.

Once you capture Moscow, build a Military Academy and a triple stacked heavy tank, and put your best tank general on it. I put Guderian on mine, than I moved him east toward Mongolia. I kept the starting unit general at Yekaterinburg for the rest of the conquest. I left Graziani at Moscow to heal.
I built a triple stacked artillery unit at Stalingrad and put Konev on it. I moved him east toward ROC attacking soviet cities and the westernmost ROC cities then I moved south towards India and attacked India's northeastern city. I moved him south towards the east Indian city near Great Britain's port and attacked the city. I basically attacked India in a clockwise fashion. Then I took the western Indian port. From Moscow east, I just used fighters on northern cities than paratrooped them. I built an airport if necessary.
Once Graziani was fully healed I moved him southwest to help the Germans push back the American units. I ended up capturing Belgium, so from there I bombed Great Britain and paratrooped the cities.

After Guderian annihilates Mongolia I moved him east towards Japan. In my conquest, mainland Japan was taken by either Mexico, US or Canada. I attacked any units/cities as I moved him. I paratrooped when possible. From the city northeast of Pyongyang, I built an airport and used fighters then paratrooped both northern cities of Japan. Next turn I replaced them with triple stacked medium tanks.
I crossed the water with Guderian and brought him to mainland Japan. I attack Tokyo and then paratrooped it. From there I can attack midway via airport and paratroop it, then from midway I can attack Hawaii. (Once you do both, expect a spam of naval units, so build the units that can hurt theirs. In my case the enemy was mostly subs, so I built destroyers.)
From Japan, Guderian plays defense, attacking the stream of land units being sent by Mexico and other countries. After the stream dies down, I attack the general cruisers nearby.

Once Japan is secured I get the northern port and start spamming triple stacked subs, I circle them to the nearby port to the southeast and seize the port from the US cruisers, then I move south eliminating threats and seizing other ports.
From the soviet city north of Sapporo, Japan I built a missile launcher and airport and began attacking US and Canada, then paratroop them.

Once missiles and tier 3 airports are unlocked and built, the rest becomes fairly easy. I did cross the Pacific with Guderian though and attack San Francisco.

From Houston I missiled Cuba and paratrooped it, then did the same with Mexico. From Cuba, I did the same thing to Brazil.
Not forgetting Konev from earlier, I moved him to take the westernmost Australian city, built a missile launcher then hit the remaining cities.
