Generals used: Guderian, Rommel, Graziani, Konev, Leeb, Nimitz. Tech/generals maxed, except for Leeb.
Note: I actually was winging this conquest, so I can't say if it's replicable.
Starting off as Mexico, I passed a number of turns due to weak income. Once I had the funds, i built a double stacked cruiser and put Nimitz on it. Then I built a triple stacked howitzer and put Konev on it, and I put Leeb on the starting howitzer on the southern Mexican city.
After about maybe 15-20 turns, I started moving all my units into the water and toward Africa. I used Nimitz to destroy the German coastal artillery. By this point Brazil and Cuba had units crossing the Atlantic as well. I get on African soil and seize the first German city, then I move to take the two cities to the northeast and Casablanca.
After that, I move Leeb along with the starting general across the straight into Spain. I leave Konev in Africa for now to play defense. I did lose a city but regained it back a few turns later. After Nimitz destroyed the coastal artillery I moved him and the starting destroyer to take the Spanish port, then had Nimitz attack the coastal artillery and the nearby city.
I then had Leeb and the starting general seize the city, then moved northeast toward Barcelona. I also was able to grab Barcelona's port, build a double stacked cruiser and put Graziani on it.
Once I had Barcelona, I put a Military Academy there and built two triple stacked heavy tanks and put Guderian and Rommel on it. By this point, Romania, Italy, Bulgaria are spamming heavily towards Barcelona, so I had to keep my generals there for a few turns. They lost about 80% of their total health. After that, I had enough funds to move them to attack Madrid and put a triple stacked heavy tank on Barcelona. I had to do this every few turns. But eventually after 15-20 turns the spam died down a bit.
After defeating Spain, I moved Guderian, Rommel and Leeb to take Paris.
After that, I had some funds to work with, so I used strategic bombers from Paris to attack Munich, Prague, Vienna, Budapest, Bruxelles, Amsterdam and Cologne. The first four cities listed I specifically took to defeat Hungary and Romania. I knew I might lose them, as long as those countries are defeated, I was okay with that.

Still having funds, I used strategic bombers to hit Berlin and nearby cities, including one that had missile launcher. I was able to use that to expand even further. I took Leningrad and pretty much ignored Helsinki until Finland began an artillery spam.
My next goal was to eliminate Bulgaria, which had expanded into India. At the same time, I took Moscow and nearby German cities. I also took German held British cities.

From this point I used fighters, strategic bombers, paratroopers and missiles at my disposal. After defeating Bulgaria I went after Thailand, which was easy, they had the same territory as they did at the beginning.

After that I pushed Japan back to their homeland.

After a few turns of saving industry and money, I began attacking mainland Japan and paratrooping then replacing them with tanks on the next turn. Once I had Japan, I moved units into place next to ports then destroyed the Japanese naval units on the next turn, then moved my unit into the ports.

What amazed me about this conquest, was I basically had no help whatsoever from my allies. The other thing that amazed me was, as slow as this conquest felt, I managed to finish it under 100 turns.
