Generals used: Guderian, Rommel, Graziani, Konev, Nimitz and Leeb. Tech/generals maxed, except for Leeb.
Starting off as the United States, we have three areas with units; Southern Alaska, west coast and northeast.
ALASKA:
I put Leeb on the rocket artillery. Moved him north to attack the terrorist tank. The enemy unit should leave the city it's on. Once it does, send the infantry unit to attack the city. If the enemy unit retreats to the city, retreat your units until the tank moves again.
WEST COAST:
I built a couple triple stacked subs for missile cruiser defense. I sent the heavy tank and nearby infantry unit southeast to attack the Mexican city. Once there, i held for defense of Los Angeles and the Mexican city.
I sent the infantry unit in San Francisco to Vancouver after the terrorist unit vacates the city.
On the starting super tank i put Guderian on it and moved him to attack Denver, Chicago then north to Edmonton and any other nearby cities.
NORTHEAST:
I put Konev on the starting rocket artillery and moved him and Patton to attack Toronto then the other two cities to the northeast. I put a Military Academy in New York and built a super tank and put Rommel on it. He will defend from enemy land units.
I built a few triple stacked subs and put Nimitz on one to defend from the missile cruiser with a general on it.
I used my generals and starting units to take the north American continent. Once I did that, I sent them south to take the south American continent and any ports.
After my New York subs kill the missile cruiser general, I move them to take enemy ports in Europe.
The Alaskan city closest to Russia I built a missile launcher and began hitting cities and paratrooping. The key here is speed. Chances of winning will be better if you can wipe out the terrorists in Russia, Asia and Philippines before they wipe out any allies in Europe and Middle East.
From the Canadian city, I missiled and paratrooped British cities, then went down into Spain, and eventually Africa.
This can be done faster because I have before, I think last time was 32-35 turns.
