Generals used: Guderian, Rommel, Graziani, Konev, Nimitz and Leeb. Tech/generals maxed out, except for Leeb.
NOTE: If you don't have at least four maxed or near maxed out generals and maxed or near maxed out tech, this conquest will be extremely difficult.
Starting out as Greece, I keep my starting unit on the city until I have the funds to build a unit.
Turn 1
After saving up enough funds, I built a double stacked medium tank and put Guderian on it. I then move him north one tile. From there he will play defense. I move the starting unit back onto the city and save for my next unit.
Turn 6
Once I had enough funds, I built a double stacked howitzer and put Konev on it. He will help Guderian in defense, but keep him on the city.
Turn 13
Once I had the funds, I built a double stacked light tank and put Rommel on it. He will defend while Konev and Guderian go on the offensive and seize Bulgaria.
Once i had Bulgaria, i had to defend from more unit spam from Italy, Hungary and Spain.
Keep an eye on Donetsk. If the Germans seize it and have a wounded unit on it or none at all, paratroop the city.
After the spam died down, I sent Rommel to seize Bucharest with Konev. I had to retreat Guderian because of low health.
Turn 19
After eliminating Bulgaria and Romania, I set my sights on Hungary. The Soviets advancing on Hungary and Germany help make things easier. Also, when I had the funds, I built a triple stacked howitzer in Greece and put Leeb on it. He'll defend from any additional units.
Turn 26
Once Hungary is gone, it's on into Germany, which seems demoralized by the loss of their allies and generals as they don't really defend some of their cities. If you see a German city at 0 hp or close to it, paratroop it.
Turn 34
Now that Germany is defeated, it's on to Spain. From Amsterdam I made a comical choice and put Nimitz on a triple stacked medium tank, mainly because I needed him on it more than a naval unit. He along with the Soviets and British push into Spain.
Turn 40
While pushing into Spain, from Greece I start hitting and paratrooping enemy cities in Africa, and I move Leeb to attack Milan and Rome, along with Graziani.
Turn 50
Once Spain and Italy's defeat was imminent, I sent Guderian, Graziani and Leeb to assist in fighting Japan and Thailand.
Before I moved over, I started sending funds to India, Mongolia, and ROC to help stall Japans advancement. India and Mongolia will end up spamming units. Plus it'll help support my generals once I'm there.
Turn 60
Once I had a foothold in Asia, I was missile capable so I went after Thailand first. They were defeated within five turns.
Turn 67
Once Thailand was gone, I made quick work of Japan as well. I took the cities first, then worked on the ports.
Turn 69
Japan was defeated within ten turns.
