Generals used: Konev and Guderian. Generals/tech maxed.
Beginning as Romania, we have two starting units with generals. I keep the medium tank general on the city. The heavy tank general I will move to attack the land fort. After that he will assist in attacking Donetsk.
While attacking Donetsk, i watched my generals health. During the attack I noticed the Germans lost Kiev, so I paratrooped it. After that I built a Military Academy on it and when I had sufficient funds, I built a triple stacked heavy tank and put Guderian on it. After, I sent him north to clear out the Soviet units, then continued north to take Moscow.
I built a triple stacked rocket artillery and put Konev on it and sent him east. He'll reduce cities hp to 0 so I can paratroop them.
After Guderian takes Moscow, my allies were doing well enough that I decided to build a field hospital at Moscow and heal Guderian. Konev moves to Astana, Dihua, then Uliastai and up toward Siberia until he reaches the coastline across from Alaska.
When I was making 500 money per turn, I really wasn't using my funds other than paratrooping, so every few turns I sent my remaining money to Thailand. This paid off as they began to invade India and eventually defeated them.
I actually had Konev take the Soviet port before sending him with Manstein to Alaska.
Once we took the Alaskan city, we stalled out due to the Canadian unit spam. But eventually it died off and we were able to advance.
I was able to seize a city and use money to hit other cities and paratroop them. Once I had missile capabilities, it went fast. Finish off Canada, then hit the US cities (any and all within my range) and paratrooped them. Then hit Mexico, Cuba and Brazil. My allies took care of Australia.
