Generals used: Guderian, Rommel, Graziani, Konev and Rokossovsky. Tech/generals maxed, except for Rokossovsky.
Starting off as Belgium, we have two units, a double stacked medium tank and a rocket artillery with a general on it. I immediately moved them northeast to just south of Copenhagen. Use them to attack a Soviet super rocket with a general on it that should be in the area.
Meanwhile back at home, build a Military Academy and save funds.
Turn 1
When I save the funds, i build a triple stacked rocket artillery and put Konev on it. He move to assist the other two units. Basically the goal here is to "defend" Denmark, by hitting enemy land units in the water. Generals are priority.
Turn 5
Konev eventually kills Timoshenko, who was sitting on Copenhagen. I used the starting general to grab the city. He would defend for a couple turns before I moved him out due to low health.
Turn 7
When I have the funds I built a triple stacked heavy tank and put Guderian on it. I would repeat and put Rommel on the next one. Unfortunately the Soviets came charging at Amsterdam in this conquest and Konev perished.
Turn 14
After beating back the Soviet uprising, I captured Amsterdam. When I had the funds I built another triple stacked heavy tank and put Graziani on it. I pulled Guderian back due to low health, Rommel would sit in Germany and clear out enemy units.
Turn 18
Finally when I had the funds, I built another triple stacked heavy tank and put Rokossovsky on it. He would move toward Warsaw and attack. Rommel would move with Graziani and attack Hungary and the northern Romanian city. After that, Rommel will move northward attacking cities with Rokossovsky, and after Leningrad, moving east.
Graziani will move south to finish off Romania, Bulgaria, Iraq and east to Iran. This is where I encountered unit spam (at Budapest) and continued until I was able to defeat Iraq.
I built a field hospital in Amsterdam and left Guderian to heal for about 15 turns.
Turn 30
I began using strategic bombers early (level 5) and the missile launcher in Kiev to speed things up a little. I defeated Poland using generals, I attacked Moscow with Rokossovsky. Graziani kept up the fight vs the unit spam.
Turn 45
Still using strategic bombers and missiles, I steadily press my way eastward. I took Siberia and Mongolia first, then worked to defeat North Korea.
I sent Graziani to defeat Iran along with unit support.
Turn 55
All that's left is PRC which I make quick work of.
