Okie,it's been a while so if someone else has a better plan or a different tactic or just want to comment they are welcome to post more.
Play defense around Austeritz and Budapest,Brunner for a short time, artillery is usefull here. After a dozen turns or so the Prussian will launch a full scale assault, that's when you seize your chance and attack at the same time so now the French have 2 fronts to fight.
Focus on Vienna and take it,the French should have stopped attacking Austerlitz once the Prussian are fully engaged.
With Vienna yours and Auterlizt secure the mission become less difficult and is just mopping up operation then.

I was trying to complete this with five stars last night (currently four), now that I have much more powerful generals (especially in artillery), but Napoleon ran far away at turn 15 instead of staying to fight. What should I do in order to tempt him to rush to his doom? Isabela is up to five stars now, and waiting eagerly to kill him. Or should I send her in pursuit from the very start and leave Sophia on light artillery (also now five stars) to defend against the enemy generals? She is probably better in this defensive role because she is at absolute full power (rank and nobility maxed out) and can take some damage defending against multiple French generals.

Napoleón usually goes on the offense. At most attacking the NAMED city by the river. I do believe that with such heavy firepower on your side, you can probably smash through his forces with east with your line-up

Send one artillery general with Golitsyn and maybe Alexander I to Vienna, since Murat is easy to kill. The rest should go north and take Prague. When Napoleon begins attacking, swing your northern army to the south (assuming that you're done)

I got it in 15 turns from first time by confusing france They have much stronger economy and generals First turn I put fatima in my starting city to help eco . Moved all units forward with 2 art gen and 1 cav gen While sent my 2 starting cav generals deep into france it self each one to different city . 1 turn hit next turn hit and take . Third turn move them to next cities and put milita there france keep killing milita and I keep renewing them and taking more cities thats confused Napoleon too and weaken there front
All starting army moved forward to Vienna with my 2 art gen and 1 cav gen (lost 2 of them to take Vienna then hold there and defended but with guard instead of milita . Each turn I move the low health guard to flank there generals and making new one to take hits while making art to bombard there flanked generals . All my units and gens just taking hits while only art are attaking . (Note also you have a defence general but u can use hime later in Vienna after you kill 1-2 generals .
By turn 12-13 france had only 2 cities left along with Napoleon and the other cav gen while I had tons of low health troops and full health art . Made some new guards sent to fully flank Napoleon and hit him (art are useless with him while art killed there cav genn with the help of Prussia ( note that I am still noop with weak generals maybe your generals do better helping art to kill france gens)
