While you would likely not have the same generals I have this should work regardless.
Starting out you should produce a super heavy tank and put your tank general on it. For the first turn keep your units on land. Your allies should be able to handle the British in India
On the 2nd turn the American general should have moved out of the city. You start the mission with an atomic bomb, use it on the American general. Now move your units to take Dubai. Once you have taken Dubai make an atomic bomb there. Try to use your battleship to damage the French units.
Capture the city below and use the atomic bomb you made on the aircraft carrier. Now hold your ground on land and make another atomic bomb and use it to on Fletcher. Use bombing to finish him off.
