Does anyone know how to beat Leningrad with the Fragmentation debuff (-7% health every turn)? Most of my generals just melted by the time I reach Leningrad. I have Guderian Rommel Konev Leeb Rundstedt Nimitz Arnold (maxed skill), List Horton Messe (no upgrade).

Youre gonna need at least 3-4 max tanked generals. List and Messe dont count since you said theyre not maxed and both of them suck when not fully upgraded. Anyways you want to put your best general on a pershing and send him with a support troop east, the rest of your squad goes up north. The key here is to avoid unnecessary battles. Make your pershing gen only fights units in and around the objectives. Dont attack other units unless you think you can one shot them. As for your squad they should be able to steamroll up north and have them wait on the outskirts of leningrad. Save up money enough so once you take down leningrad with brute force, just air spam the last city up north Make sure to put a gen with good mobility on a medic unit to heal everyone Have the manstein gen given to you tank all the dmg, remember if your gens die you cant use them again

I recommend using your best two tank generals and single best arty general to go north two capture the first two cities while your remaining troops capture the East city. Then, *skip* Leningrad with your best generals and instead capture the northeast city, which should be easy to do. Lastly, approach Leningrad slowly and do not attack it unless you can attack with three rumor generals in the same round.
As always, prioritize combat medics and artillery. It is rare your best tank generals will one-shot hard mode artillery, so an AF on mot. infantry (I use Dowding to give extra income) with one airstrike before attacking with tanks will do the trick. This way, one tank general and 304 income can destroy 4 artillery in one round by one general with another attack after. The same goes for infantry, but you need air strikes less for them.

Im seeking tips on Barbarossa Event, Hard. By the time i capture The city in Southern peninsula guarded by a 10k fort and the one across the strait on the other island, ive lost at least half my Generals. This is the 6th Battle in a series of 10. Not much Gas left for 4 more battles to finish this event.
