Is it just me or does inspiration seem needless on Gens. Like Guderian and Manstein? Mine mostly one shot kill and attack several times per round, boosting their morale and ranking them up to max in just a few rounds, nullifying need for inspiration, Aces, etc. I don't understand all the hype about inspiration. Explain what Im misunderstanding, if anything. Because you're missing the point of inspiration on tank generals. If you can maintain high morale, inspiration can give a 15% boost to damage, and it multiplies with AA.

With so many small hp enemy like inf, arty, or bunkers, it's easy to achieve and maintain high morale on Guderian or Manstein. Inspiration for me is kinda similar type like Blitzkrieg, who will be less useful in front of rumor. Chaos enemy wont give any damage to non Blitz gen. Well i know there's always some cons on skill (except for "must have skill" like AA, Accuracy, Raider, and leader), so it's wise to spread some skill on so many gens we have.

My point is the main purpose of Inspiration on tank generals is the damage bonus when the morale is high as it's easier to maintain high morale as tank generals, not the morale boost itself.

Is there any damage bonus difference between high morale with and without inspiration? Yes. High morale adds 25% to unit_atk, and inspiration adds 15% to the final damage. AA with medal + Inspiration = 70.2% bonus. That's why this skill is great for tank generals.

So...inspiration adds bonus damage onto high morale bonus damage. Guess if that's how it works it's fine when getting debuffs on hard mode challenges. Ive been able to manage so far without it but will pay more attention to this when i have free time to experiment. Who am I kidding, Most my days are spent lounging in the tropics😊...im just lazy now. Thanks to everyone for the feedback.

It seems that there are new NPCs in the Pacific War event like Britain's Arthur Percival and the Netherland's Helfrich.
Oh. In Stage 1, the fortresses can spawn carriers with American admirals on them.
