Greetings and salutations role playing fans. Everyone understand that war roleplaying is intense, players who have invested lots of time and energy into their war campaigns will sometimes get emotional in the heat of simulated battles. Rest assured that at some point in your gaming life your alliance will loose, your armies that you have valiently led will be anihilated and your empire reduced to dust. Your dream of glory and fame will be stomped to the ground and you will feel awfull. It will happen,it's just a matter of time. Sometimes you win and sometimes someone else gets the pleasure of outmatching and crushing your game. Deal with itKeep your cool and plan for your revenge in the next war. Now, excessive anger displays or violation of previously agreed rp rules that have been properly reported will have consequences. So in order to foster good will among the various players and factions and to encourage more participation among the members, and to stop excessive emotional outbursts a couple rules have been added to this board. 1.Complaints without either a report or a private message that includes a link will no longer be valid. The staff needs to quickly and efficiently be able to see the problem.Below are pics on how to make a report. 2.All actions outside of the normal gaming warfare that excessively violate our community rules will result in loss of your roleplaying privileges .If the RP board is evidently increasing your blood pressure to the point of excessive cussing, name calling, rage posting and the like you simply will be locked out of the RP board. The duration of the lock will depend on the severity of the offense. NB:This is not retroactive, this applies for now and for future TW's.I am hoping this is now a new chance for everyone to start with a clean slate.
Win or loose hold you head high and show your fellow players you have the strength to deal with defeats just as easily as you can take credit for your victories! Remember almost every great general in history had defeats at some point in their careers. How to make a report:Nb:If you see something wrong report it! Your report will be evaluated, understand that even if you do not see an effect after you report something it does not mean there wasn't one, very often there is and at a minimum history records notes are added to the offender account.

And if someone does attack you with words and such, don't respond. Report them instead.

/\ what Mountbatten said but keep in mind with a still a small (but growing) team of role players any member that gets locked out of the RP board means the rest of the team will have an even smaller pool in which to draw RP players from.
So balance this out, try to wait for people to cool their temper, try for a compromise resolution, ask the RP mods to edit bad posts and clean up the mess. But if everything fails or things get out of hand make that report.

Hey gang! I know how passionate the RP/TW can get and it's all fun and games but...(you know there is always a "but" ) be mindfull of not scaring away visitors and potential members in the [Public chat] ie: the live shout box. If you want to use the live chat for RP you are very much welcome to do so but the language has to be toned down compared to the [RP board] because new members or visitors may not know that the chat is RP related and may interpret the language as hate speech. So for example if you were German and visit our site for the first time looking for [EW5] guide and the 1st thing you see in the chat is "Kill the bastard Germans" how would you feel? You would probably never come back. Or statements like "let's get these commies out" ,"let's root out these dirty capitalist" ect..All can leave a very negative impression for gamers that do not RP or have a concept of what it is about. Some of this in a toned down version are ok within the [RP board] because everyone that goes there understand the board purpose and that it is just play time and not hate speech but we can't have that kind of language in the open chat as that will cause us to loose members (that do not RP) and leave the impression that we are a hate group.
So TLDR: You are welcome to use the chat as an additional RP tool if you want to just please make an effort while there to tone down the language you use.

The 4 XO's now have [lock]/[unlock] power, they will assist in the running of the RP board when Salazar is offline and salt gets out of hand. The XO's are not staff, they are just helpers, still dont give them a hard time if they choose to lock a thread. If you have any grievance concerning the XO's do not direct it at them send me or Salazar mail instead.

Greetings, Please include the [campaign has ended] image in the 1st post of a thread in which the game has finished or notify one of the mods to do it. In that way any visitors or potential new player will instantly know the active RP's . Here is the pic: Here is an example of a campaign that has ended: This RP campaign has ended
