I have been stuck on this mission for a while is there any advice someone can give

Don't fight Patton when he's high on health. Try to take the city that can build nukes and build a atomic bomb and use it on Patton then fight him.
I used many artillery to take edonton.

Go fast south and after you conquer the two Canadian sites go for New York. You will get morale boost. Then go for Washinghton but try not to destroy the tank station in unless you take the cite the same turn because then It will apear Patton with super tank. If you do that then go west and capture the city with the nukes and use them to Edmonton after you capture the city with 3lv airfield that is North from the city with the nukes. All other forces will head further west to take San Francisco.
