You start in austria, loads of allies around you, but they wont do a Shoot. You need to conquer berlin a long with another city. Replay for the gold target with model

Badoglio
2 eye covered
Guide
Put badoglio on the field artillery up north and yout eye covereds on the heavy tanks.
Bombard the 3-city with badoglio. Use your other troops to smash out the german field artillery, heinrici. After you bombed out kesselring take the 3-city with the motorized infantry.
Move on to berlin and surround it. Bombard it with badoglio and take it down with the rest of your troops. Take berlin afterwards and mission completed
