Badoglio
3 eye covered

Guide
Put badoglio on the rocket artillery and bomb put dubai. (Dont overly spend on this since eventually you will get it.)

Spamming submarines is key in this mission so do that. Spam loads of them and focus on cariers only, use your eye covered gens on them
