Get the russian city with nukes asap. Its your top priority, beat him and take the city. Make 2 nukes inside it.
Afterwards head for egypt. Remember you have a range of 2 so use that and egypt is a blitzkrieg. Use ozawa on a random unit in caïro. Nuke the other russian city and take it
