Sometimes, someone does something you think isn't acceptable. Sometimes, they do something unbefitting of a member. Here, I will tell you what to do. If it is.... a minor issue with a member: Invite a moderator you trust to be impartial to mediate, and try to talk it out A major issue with a member: Talk to a Moderator. The moderator team will discuss in the modcave. An issue with Moderator conduct: Bring it to the Senior and Global Moderators, as well as saltin. We will discuss. An issue with SMod/GMod conduct: Talk to saltin. He will decide what to do. Always report the problematic post!

In general the staff does the best we can to accomodate the membership but obviously we cant make everyone happy at all times so if the staff does not take your side for whatever reason just take it easy, shrug it off and move on to other topics/posts/threads,put that problem behind.
Almost no single issue will influence you all that much.Sadly often times people make huge deals out of completely insignificant events it very often not worth the drama..really 🙂.

If saltin is wrong, refer to rule #1.

I can (and have been) wrong before, often because I missed an important piece of information or didn't know about additional events or facts or simply because of distractions/bad judgement call. These things happen to everyone and last time I checked I was still a fully certified human being 😃😁🙄
Having said that "right and wrong" are sometimes subjective, tainted by people own experiences, values and priorities.
My main forum priority is for our community to have a good time and talk gaming without too many members disruptions. You can think of this as the prime directive. This means that I sometimes have to rightfully or wrongfully (depending on your perpective) interfere with other people freedom of expression in order to keep the peace and/or maintain the main goal of the forum.

No, go Trotsky But really, what you should do is either talk to saltin, or ask the GMods to mediate.

I think you can just contact any moderator you trust for this. Or even members. it doesnt matter who you contact, but it just need to help.

I think this should be merged with the rules or something. We don't need 20 pinned threads.
