North group

South group
Advance generals south to capture the two buildings and kill the armored car general. Once he is killed your allies will begin to attack. I put income and stable discount princess. Built 2 armored cars. Attack the middle base killing the artillery general and fort. Once fort is destroyed the east wall will change to your side. Advance your units past the now friendly wall to final enemy base

At the final base kill Conrad and destroy the fort to end lvl. I put my regular Units to distract the machine gun general there from attacking my generals.
