Recommendations

The tank general with great surviving skill(200 health, Tide of Iron, Ace Forces), good. Level 4 Desert Fighting... Fine? At least you won't worry about North African Battlefield. Level 1 Anti-Armor? WTH?! You kidding? You are giving a guy who can use anti-air artillery to beat the tanks only level one?! These are the two problems, which causes him sometimes has to give his place to Patton(Explosive) or Vatutin(cheap, Plain Fighting).
A choice of If No. 3 tank slot, if you have enough medals or cares surviving and movement more than output.
Imo he just don't cut it. Guderian and Patton are way stronger than him in the same, expensive price-range. He's like a third alternative, however you don't need 3 tank generals before starting your eye-covereds, even if you do want one, vatutin is only a little weaker than him for less than half his price. He's expensive, but not worth his medals.
