Inca, 15 Literature and 8 diamonds. It's a pleasant alternative to Greece, and an absolute beaut if you're going for Saladin. Here's my tactic for doing it in about 30 (30!) turns. Generals: Washington, decent items and no upgrades Genghis, decent items and with Lvl 6 Braveness Barbarossa OR Li Shimin, decent items and no upgrades Nobunaga, decent items and no upgrades Here's the plan: Initially, you have 2 key fronts: Aztec and Carthage. The former is unavoidable, the latter can be dodged. I sent Genghis and Washington straight to Tenochtitlan. Meanwhile, Nobunaga and Barbarossa went to Dakar, then around to Carthage. In East Asia, Genghis knocks out Japan, then fights China (focus on Seoul and Chang'an, and use tavern generals). Washington goes for Britain and then Rome, where he is joined by Barbarossa. Nobunaga can go to Persia, Carthagenean Spain, India (I did this), or Rome. It's up to you. At this point, you should be medieval. The collapse of Rome and upgrade to Empire Age should come at a similar time. Now, your main enemies will be China (with whom you are in a long-lasting war) and Huns/Persia (whoever wins). Buy lots of units and tavern gens to finish China off, while using your current generals in the near east. Finally (you might be in Discovery Age for this) go for Angkor and India (if Nobunaga wasn't dispatched there). You don't need to upgrade to Discovery age, but I do it to play with cool toys Attached is the timeline from my latest play-through

Nice guide, I always liked to play as Inca instead of Greece once in awhile due to having few neighbors(greece has a lot) when I played greece I always betrayed rome and invaded, with Incas I took awhile due to stubborn chinese(made mistake of sending all good generals east, not west to Asia so it took me a good 40-50 turns would have taken less if I went both ways
