Overview
Perhaps the easiest sns campaign. A navy-hybrid is recommended. Most likely you won't make it without medikit(s)
Guide
Let your ships stay together in a square-like figure.
Use all your generals (3) on the ships even if they aren't navy generals. Rapidly, though together, move your ships towards the southwest while not attacking anything (unless they can't attack back)
In the middle you should revive hood with a medium or large medikit.
Capture the harbour and let hood rest there while your other ships are taking down the french ship.

Correction to OP: Not Hood, but Sidney & Duckworth here. Everyone will be gunning for Duckworth here. The survival of Duckworth is critical here.
This is how I did it in 8 rounds for a Great Victory without medi kits.
1) As per OP, put generals for all the ships. The first two French ships will rush for Duckworth, use 3 ships to shield Duckworth from the northern attack from Chichagov. Chichagov & company will take the bait and trade fire with your "shield" of 3 ships instead of Duckworth. Use another ship to shield Duckworth from Pasha. Remember to equip ship attack and defence items.
2) Move quickly southwest towards the coastal gun. Continue to shield Duckworth from the two Russian ships off Sevastopol who will rush at Duckworth. Remember to stay out of range from the coastal gun south of Pasha's starting location.
3) Hit the port as per described by OP, upgrade it to III, put Duckworth into the port to heal. If possible, upgrade the ship to gain some life as you have some $ & metals. Kill the blinking coastal gun by flanking.
4) To kill Sebastiani, use three ships. You can't flank him, so you can only fire on him from 4 spots.
5) If Duckworth is heavily damaged, use three ships to hit Sebastiani while another ship is used to push as far out as possible to "block" ships approaching Duckworth who is healing in the port. The ships will take the bait and trade fire with your "shield" thus sparing Duckworth.
6) Alternatively, if Duckworth is not too heavily damaged, you can use him to join in the fight against Sebastiani, taking the spot NW of the coastal gun while 3 other ships are beside Sebastiani. The last ship will be used to shield Duckworth, especially from Mourousis's armada.

One of the easiest misson.I did it 5 stars in first try.I used 2× ship movements+1 and go straight to Sebastiani.Capture the harbour(Sevastopol)and get one battleship to put my 4th general and trade all remaining metal into food and gold.I keep duckworth at the edge of the map to keep him safe and sidney to support my generals.no medikits used.my generals are Victoria/Lan/Isabella and Scharnhorst.
