I did it with Sulkowski, Sophia, and Kate with snare drum and war horse. Finished at 36 in GB America 1812. I have 150 years in rule Asia, how many Turns or years does it take to get Lan?

Hi does anyone know how to do this conquest with 31 rounds to get Lan (including the resources required as well plz)? I did it once with my main account and I forgot how to finish within the limit for Lan. Thanks
