I have completed the axis campaign and reached Operation Bagration in the Europe campaign but I cant beat it.
I have understood that you need to complete both the axis and allies campaign in Europe to unlock the pacific.
My generals are Leeb and Rommel (both unupgraded and Rommel has a medal giving a bonus to desert fighting).
Could anyone help me with beating this mission?

What I did Henry is sweep south moving directly to Minsk and the city to the left of it. From there I shotgun straight to Riga ignoring the two cities southeast of it. By the time that was the case the final city was already taken by Zhukov and Rokossovsky.

My problem lies early in the campaign, after capturing the first tower, Manstein charges and destroys all my forces, any tips on how to prevent that?

Just finished it, finally, Roomel was mvp, took down riga and that city in the bottom left all on his own with less then 10 hp left. I completed the campaign on the 26th (last) turn. I appreciate your help, thank you very much.

Does anyone know to kill Manstein?
He's a beast! The only time I managed to kill him I ran out of turns😥😥😢. My only general is Bock.

I highly advise getting an artillery general, Leeb is a viable choice in my opinion.
To kill Manstein use artillery forces. But you do need a strong general and well upgraded tech to complete this mission.

I did it today with one turn over the 3 star limit. Manstein will leave his city and come towards you, I literally just went around him. My income was high enough to build a heavy tank to hold him off every 3 turns. Leeb died almost instantly, so I practically did this with Messe only.

By Manstein coming towards you, I mean the objective directly in front of your starting position. So priority one is to capture it then start moving to group with your soviet allies in the center. They can handle the northern objectives on their own. From the center just walk around Manstein and capture the city in the south west that he came from.

Send some units around manstein to take back the city before minsk and build land forts early! i just used leeb, he died instantly, but it was cool

I didn't destroy manstein, I left him to conquer on of my starting cities which you don't need. I used Messe on the tank and went North first to ride along the wave of the allies. Then I conquered Riga etc.
In turn 12 manstein came out, I had 1000 money left and could easily move along him and conquer those cities.
Result: 21 turns.
