In Africa build a armored car every few turns and use them to take enemy cities. Use the movement of armored cars to surround enemy and lower their morale. With your allies you will eventually take all Africa, than move on to the middle east and India.
In Europe attack France, avoid Marseilles at first because of Leclerc. Wait till he moves before killing him and taking Marseilles. Once you captured Paris build some heavy tanks and send them to the eastern front to battle the soviets along with all other land units expect the Howitzers.
The allies will attempt to land units near A Courna. Build subs to kill the first wave which will include Eisenhower and Crerar than send them near the UK to kill all naval units. Use strategic bombers from Paris to destroy the costal artillery.The howitzers you left behind to attack any enemy units attempting to land. Once the sea is clear build some units from Paris to take the UK
The allies will continue to send troops near A Courna so build some costal artillery there to defend. Once all naval units near UK are killed move the subs to clear the Atlantic Ocean and land some units at New York
Troops sent to the eastern front will encounter heavy fighting near Warsaw. Try to capture a city to build units. Once the initial wave of soviet troops are defeated they don't spawn much so you can focus on building Motorized or mechanized infantry to quickly take the rest of their cities. Once you get to Asia. Split you troops into two groups, one to take the rest of USSR and the other to take China, India, and south east Asia.
By now with your income you should easily be able to win. Remember to capture every enemy port as well as all enemy cities.
