I used Auchinleck and Leeb. The 2 medium tanks and howitzers in the south advance to take Kiev than towards Kharkiv. The units near Warsaw advance to take Minsk than Smolensk than join the units from the south to take Kharkiv. Build howitzers in Minsk than Smolensk. Can have them hang around Smolensk to kill any soviet units that come nearby or help the advance on Kharkiv. Once Kharkiv is captured all thats left is to kill Zhukov. He will likely be around the top of Moscow. Send everything you have at him. Focus on building mechanized infantry to get to him.
At the start of the mission I built Trading Market on Warsaw. I had a shortage of industry so I sometimes built light infantry.
