What are your impressions of this skill in WC4?

Seems really nice, it's 30% at lvl 2. .org/image/q1h0q7k1x/]

Seems really nice, it's 30% at lvl 2. How many turns is the moral decreased? What happens if Rumor triggers when moral is already reduced?

I forgot how much turns the moral is decreased but if the rumor triggers again, then it will lower the morale even lower. And if you're lucky enough to trigger it again after that, then the morale will be lowered to it's max. Also this stacks with the morale already being reduced from flanking or surrounding .org/] .org/]

I think has great potential at higher lvls where you can activate the skill reliably. I think it will be really useful on enemy generals, they tend to do a lot of damage back so if you can get the skill to activate and stack it with flanking or surrounding you can get the enemy general to be in confusion.

I think this skill can have some drawbacks as well... Probably it won't work against aliens. They do not have moral (at least in ET's version of the future ) and, as I recall, there was no effect when they were surrounded in Gog2 or WC3

I didd it on hardest missions in GOG and Pacific. Save, move =success save again. But this is only in really hardest occasions. i.e. Hengyang or Korea. I'm sure that here it won't work .

The effect lasts 3 turns each time it activates, I think it includes the turn that rumor activates

THIS SKILL is the main reason Arnold is amazing. It can make even someone like Smigly powerful!

Rumor works from supercarriers if attacked close range. Still need to confirm if from other carriers it's the same or if it can trigger on attack from the superAC
