Split your troops into 2 groups
The 1st group consisting of tank general, mechanized infantry, and medium tank advance north-east to take the 3 cities than Chita. They can than take the city west than the one below it for income. I built a single rocket artillery for this group in the city before Chita but its not needed.
The 2nd group consisting of the remaining units advance north-west, taking the city in that direction. Around turn 5-6 Rokossovsky and some tanks will counter attack. Defeat the attack than take the city Konev is in. Than the 2 cities north before attacking the city Zhukov is in. Keep building howitzers and if possible rocket artillery for this group. On the final city it is possible to get Zhukov to move out. Try to bait him by moving a unit just outside his attack range.
You allies should capture Ulan Bator and the city above it.
