Put our land units into the sea and move them to the main island to help allies hold the city. It is really important we help our allies hold this city because our allies will likely lose the port so if the city is lost than its mission fail. Focus attacks on the rocket artillery general first. Once you defeat the troops attacking and the reinforcements go take the japanese city.
For the navy only build subs and send the naval units north-west to help our allies fight the japanese fleet. Focus on using the subs to attack the super battleship generals.
Near the end you want to focus your units on recapturing the objective port that our allies lost and keep hold of it till turn 18.
