Quickly land our troops and use them to capture Munich. Once you capture Munich the enemy units around will attack your unit on Munich. This provides a way to get rid of the enemy units quickly so capture Munich with you best tank general. Once the units around Munich are clear move south east to capture Prague than north to capture Krakow. Lastly capture Warsaw, Berlin, and than Hamburg. Your allies should have already attacked those cities so it shouldn't be too hard and you can ignore the rocket fortifications.
I used my aircraft general to help my allies in the north.
