Does anyone else find wc4 conquests quite boring? I try to start one but get board easily. It would be nice to get s rank but when I try like France 39 it's irritating. I hate putting generals on non stacked units so it's hard to save up to delay generals. Any recommended conquests?

I started Germany 1980 and find it easier than USA 1980. I think it is the go to country for 2 star 1980. You start off with 2 Super tank and 2 Super artillery to slot your generals in. After that it is business as usual. Defend then assault.

Egypt was quite a bore the few times I tried it. Unfortunately Romania and Bulgaria went crazy with embarking units and I had to keep building ships which in turn caused me to not have money for conquering... Japan 1943 was fun, I did it in 40 turns with an S rank. Finland 1939 is very un-stressful as you only have one objective to focus on and can piggy back the Germans. Speaking of the Germans, they are fun in 1939 as well. I did that with no generals for an A rank, so it's doable for anyone.

I second this. Egypt in 1943 has a great economy for a one star country, and you start with a level 3 factory for building heavy tanks and rocket artillery. Mountbatten mentioned all the units coming over from Southern Europe, but I found it kind of fun to defend my shores. You don’t have to spam ships. Just build up the heavy tanks and rocket artillery you plan to use as your invasion force and block the beaches. Embarked units hit like a wet noodle and have zero defense. Literally zero. You can decimate an entire army with one or two generals and a couple of supporting units on your beach. If you have a naval general to wear them down on the trip, it’s even easier. The other great thing about 1943 Egypt is that you start a reasonable distance from both theaters, so you can send one group to Europe and another towards Japan and race to see which one you take first.

I like spamming Uboats though. Fun to do so. I have never played this so maybe I shoule.

Then you can send your navy through the Red Sea and around to the Pacific to take out Japan.

I find Germany 1939 quite satisfying and fun when you just crush the weaker countries but definitely not the best country for speed. China 1939 and 1943 is a fun challenge but only if you know what you're doing.

Nobody will agree with me, But Mongolia 1939 is fun. You get practically ignored until round 15-25 depending on how aggressively Japan attacks China. However 1 thing usually stays the same. Japan can only be bothered to defend their mainland and front line cities they take (e.g. Shanghai Nanking and Wuhan) However once Japan gets really close to destroying China they stop heavily defending Peking. Of course they will spawn Light infantry if you get too close. Start at Peking or the city North East of it and work all they do way to Seoul. If you play it will enough you can take Old Soviet Cities after that Defend, Bulid missles (sometimes you can get ur tech up that high if not bomb them into non existence as Some cities have no air Defence or level 1 ) This conquest only works if ur allies decide to be half compenent.

Romania 1939 is super fun, just watch the yellow border grow XD, the Soviets pretty much ignored me completely and the Germans got rid if their generals. Also I did that with just 2 generals
