Quick question, does a general's rage fill up more quickly as their skills are upgraded?
I'm specifically thinking of commander skills, and even more specifically archer commander, if it's relevant.

No. It is always the same. Only in one case you can increase it slightly - when your general's strikes are retaliated. So, for example, if you have two Commanders, one of them has Braveness and the other one hasn't this skill - then the latter will refill a rage bar a bit quicker than the former. But the difference is not so great. Some legendary items increase the speed of a general's rage regeneration as well. Worst of all is that a rage bar won't refill while you counterattack. So the only chance to increase it - to give a fatal blow while it is your turn to attack. So try to kill with your Commanders as often as possible...
