Based on memory, this should be the one where you advance Southwards, encircle the central city & hit the enemy gen with all you've got.
Recommended skills include Rumour & Blitzkrieg

I dont know which generals u have or do you have one, but for doing this mission, u will need heavy tanks or super tanks i think. I did it by attacking south from both wings and combined forces to attack north from each flanks. Dont struggle with land forts, focus your firepower to one enemy unit. Avoid land forts’ range as much as possible.

You need higher lvls of tech & Guderian.
Maybe increase Leeb's Rumour to minimum lvl 3 as well.

And this is a clear cut flanking maneuver. Improving firepower and Rumour lvls is key, assuming you already have achieved strength in numbers.

manstein69 , Ah yes, Rommel 40%. That one's a tricky one. I used all the possible Super tanks and Heavy tanks at my disposal (you have extra slots for medium tanks, but it doesn't matter too much) and used Messe and Guderian on 2 of them. Is it possible for you to send a picture of it?

Requirements:
Super tanks
Heavy tanks
Guderian with rumor (recommended level 5 unless you have insane luck). Blitzkrieg level 5 is also good, and pair it with the assault medal, you get 90% blitzkrieg with Guderian. Insane stats.
Another general with rumor (I chose Konev and preferably level 5 rumor artillery general)
Good tank tech (highly recommended to have the 75% chance to attack again tech)
A bit of luck

It's a lot of investing into rumor to just get Rommel, but if you think about it, rumor is a great skill, especially for endgame, so why not get it now?

Super tanks at the front with heavy tanks behind it. Move Guderian and the others down to help out our allies take the southern city. Try to keep everyone's health high and try not to attack or get in range of their land forts. If needed, use the heavy tanks as cannon fodder, since you won't need them as much as your super tanks. Don't take the city immediately and try to clear most of the enemy out. Once it's relatively safe, take it with a heavy tank, but make sure it's not too weak or Monty will just air spam and take it back. Another key tip is to take the city before Rommel dies.

Now that you've taken the southern city, you've gotten a bit of money from the city. Use it to build a unit to fit your 2nd rumor general. For me, it was Konev, so I build the best artillery I could (forgot if it was rocket or super). Cairo is going to be a bloodbath so try to take out any units in front of Monty first. Once Monty is wide open, rumor him until he's confused with Guderian and your other rumor general. Take out Monty. By this time, a lot of your units may be on low health. That's fine. Your priority is to keep Guderian and your rumor general alive and have as much health as possible.

Finally, you've done it. You've beaten Monty, but you're not done yet. You have to beat Alexander, the general with no tank abilities, yet, he still hits like a freight train. That's fine, because we're going to make sure he can never hit us. This is why I recommend an artillery general for this. If you're advanced enough to get the 100% no retaliation for rocket artillery, that's perfect. If not or you don't have an artillery general, that's fine. Guderian will have to do all the heavy lifting then.

Try to avoid battling any troops and go straight for Alexander. Use Guderian and your other general (hopefully alive) to rumor Alexander until he's confused. Once he is, charge with all your tanks (remember to leave at least one on your cities) and defeat him. If you're lucky enough, you'll be able to do this in the time limit they give you. Congratulations! You've got Rommel at 40% discount! He is a bit underwhelming, but he's worth his price. Give him some skills and he'll be a great tank general!
