I have tried this one a lot, but I can’t pass it. How is it ever possible to kill all units and bunkers with just 12 troops and no generals? Help would be appreciated a lot   |

the main thing is to get the damage when you are in a city.
moreover, you can just solidly upgrade some infantry technology

Use mechanized infantry as they deal bonus damage against bunkers and the city (Budapest). Take Budapest and allow the enemy to come to you to fight your infantry while they defend the city, this way you should out-trade them in damage, killing them. After you kill their troops use your mechanized infantry to attack the bunkers. Make sure you've upgraded your infantry a bit first.
Also can I just ask why the Germans are in control of the whole of Hungary and Budapest here? Why couldn't they just make these Hungarian troops?
