I'm currently stuck in this mission. I can't seem to destroy the hostile bases up north faster than when my allied base is being destroyed. Tips are greatly appreciated.

Ah yes I remember this one now, it was quite tough.

You need to concentrate all your efforts on getting up to Atilla and saving that city first. At some point I had to split my troops as they weren't all capable of making it all the way up there and then down to Caesar.
