Assuming you have decent artillery and cavalry generals:
Use your artillery general on the rocket artillery near Poland to take Warsaw. Don't leave him on range of Dombrowski as he will move to attack and deal massive damage. Have your cavalry general on the heavy cavalry next to Berlin attack Saxony with Blucher. Have the last Prussian general capture the Austrian factory. If you have another artillery general, put him on light artillery to help out in Poland.
If you need more help, tell me and I will create a picture guide.

Hi I need help, I have an 3 star inf general, 1 star arty general, and 5 star cav, general, any good strategies that I could use? I dont normally use strategies from sites like this, but only on extreme measures, and if I need better arty general, which one? (P.S. any tier general will do)

(P.S. any tier general will do) You need an arty general far better than yours. My Sophia (5*art, 4*move, 125 health, 8 regen) barely did the Warsaw objective. You also need to replace your inf general/get a better one. By HRE Campaign, the bare minimum you should have IMO is a really good cav gen (someone like Golitsyn) and a good art gen, preferably fort cracker (Sophia). If you have regrouped her, you should choose these: Princesses Isabela: Fast and deadly, but not as deadly as Moreau. Tier-3Moreau: Best arty general in terms of output in the whole game. Tier-2Scarnhorst: You just need one Kutaisov, and he's enough for the job.
Tier-1 Kutaisov: 3 stars, siege master, and explosive. You need to increase his stars. Trainer too Sokolnicki: Scarnhorst lite. 2 Kutaisovs are needed. Marmont: Least recommended, but if you have some preference for traitors, buy him. As on strategy, this is essentialy a blitz mission and the most important thing to have is coordination. You don't have the resources for a prolonged defense, so it's better to take all the objectives in close periods of time (max 2 turns interval IMO). Keep an eye on Oldenburg.

All good, but you put Marmont and co under tier 3, instead of tier 1. Might confuse him

He IAPs, so why not get the best?
