How is it possible to win as USA in 1939? I do my best and land on both fronts. But even U.K is destroyed by the time i get there.

Few tips;
1. Send your troops to both fronts immediately. If you wait for them to come to USA, you are probably going to lose.
2. Try to save France, but if you fail, don't be disappointed.
3. In the Atlantic make a decent navy and go for La Coruna/Spain and UK.
4. Sapporo is La Coruna of the Far East, so it is crucial.
5. Try to upgrade tech at least a little bit. Also one gen can make a huge impact on the battle.
6. Use your navy in the Pacific to weaken mainland Japan.

I strongly suggest against doing this if you don't have decent experience with conquests, if you would I guess you wouldn't ask for help, but the key is a lot of units as fast as possible to Europe and Asia, take whatever is less protected and use it as base of operations to get a decent foothold in both fronts, after you get it it simply becomes a slow game of you taking out enemy cities one by one and protecting what is near frontlines, if you are lucky nobody will land in America and Canada will be a good support... |

The only way I win as USA 1939 is with a strictly
“Japan-first”
Strategy. Concentrate on beating Japan as
Fast as possible, beginning with a paratroop
Drop from Manila, followed up by MacArthur
And reinforcements created in Manila. Try to
Take Bangkok and Phnom Penh-don’t let
The British get them! If you can beat the Japanese
Fast enough, you can be ready for the
Onslaught of European axis forces coming
From Russia. For a while just defensive on the
East coast, but use your Navy aggressively.

Btw, I was also able to win with Canada 1939 by using
The Japan-first strategy. The thing is, Japan has, and will build,
LOTS of ships, but their ground forces are a
bit of a paper tiger. The Germans, Italians and
Spanish, however, will simply overwhelm anything the
US can afford to send over early in the war.

Yeah, take Japan out first, and Thailand if it isn’t gone by the time you defeat the Japanese. Then you can send troops to attack Spain, and from there invade Africa and occupied France. Then after liberating France defeat Germany and any remaining Axis in Europe, while also capturing the Spanish and Italian colonies in Africa.

I know this is a pretty old thread but I have to bring this back to current discussion... In case y'all have been wondering where I have been I have been TRYING USA 1939!!!!
The most effective strategy I have found strangely enough follows history: Italy from Africa. ( Spain also ).
Beginning in the first round I start spamming heavy tanks out of D.C. sending a quartet to liberate Dakar from Spain... from that foothold I expand with my tanks android artillery, etc. Posting my East coast navy to plug up the strait of Gibraltar I drain the Axis income in Africa and whittle down their presence in the Mediterranean. Launching attacks on southern Spain and doing my best to sit submarines in their and Italy's ports. It works!!
However, while I am doing all the hard work ALL MY ALLIES FOLD--- EVERY SINGLE TIME😠😕 !!!
I am so fkn mad. So help me perfect the formula dudes.
