I saw there was no this guide on the forum, so here we go.
It is one of the easier, if not the easiest campaign I have ever played.
I finished it in 11 turns, even though 20 turns is max if you want to get 3*. My tech is pretty low, and I have used three generals: Vatutin, Messe and Leeb.
It is perfectly doable even without generals, but it would take you a few more turns.
I can't post photos which sucks, but I will try to explain the best I can without them.
GUIDE
First of all, send medium tank and motorized inf to help Rokossovsky's army to capture the nearest city. Make howitzer in your city and focus all the rest of your army to nearest city.
The key is putting your best general on tier III heavy tank and using it as best as you can, which is crucial.
Be smart with using your bunker and fort at the beginning, they can help you a lot.
You should capture the city in 3-5 turns. Let Kluge get out of the city and then attack.
Only units you should be making is howitzers and RA.
The north-eastern city is probably going to be open, so conquer it, but if you don't take it, make sure your allies do.
Guderian's troops probably took your allies' western city and they are heading towards north.
Be smart, neutralise Guderian, and took over the city.
NOTE: Do not even think about going for Manstein in the south.
By this point, Soviets are attacking city with Model in it. They won't take it, they will just slightly damage it.
Your main general must survive until this point because he is very important.
After this point, spam troops and attack Model. Make sure you save enough money to paratroop into last remaining city.
That's it.
I hope I helped you at least a little bit. It sucks that I couldn't post photos, but it is what it is.

I just finished it now in 9 turns. Germans took a last Russian red circle city and said to myself, that I wouldn't be able to complete it in the min. Amt. Of turns but luckily I immediately was able to para snipe them (3) in a row in same turn.😊

Manstein keeps coming after me when I take the city with Kluge in it. Happy first post and welcome to the forum! To counter that, try using stronger units to defend your city. At the same time, either use your generals or use artillery to lower his health, whilst flanking him and giving him low morale

Anybody else that just rushes to Manstein’s city to obtain the Armored Assault skill?

Manstein keeps coming after me when I take the city with Kluge in it. Manstien is probably the most territorial general in the game. No I am not kidding.
