He is actually ok for me. It can be argued whether or not he is worth buying. He has 3 survivability skills, very impressive. His output howerful isn’t anything special. His output is around the same as Garibaldi, who can attack twice. You can get away with buying him I suppose. But he is ridiculously expensive

He dies in 3 turns when I fought him with full health on 1798 easily...

True, try fighting him in 1812 though. He is actually very similar to Vorontsov. I agree that since med kits exist, you would better off with someone like Karl or Masséna. He has redeemable qualities, just not enough. He is like Wellesley but without intercept
