Hmm, not bad at all, this guy has great survivability and nice damage. The problem is is that this guy is just not needed on your time. You get 2 free infantry generals in the game, and Masséna and Bolivar are only 500 medals above him.
He isn’t recommended as someone to purchase, but he is quite far from a bad general. The only non-gold purple generals to buy are Lannes and Barclay (if you have Masséna). Unlike jackson, he actually has a terrain bonus to support his crit skill.
On the bright side, he is only 200 medals above Jackson, but can do so much more.

If we pretend we don’t have the Lannes 50% discount, and massena is already in our arsenal, Rudolf is arguably the best price perfomer for a while, up until Bolivar/Barcaly/Garibaldi. He is jackson with fangs

Battle Array: Meh
Jungle Fighting: Great
Cover: Good
25% health: Meh (need to bring up to 35%)
Marquess: Meh
He has very good skills although everything else is meh
