Not only is he like gates, but he is actually worse than gates. Pretty much an exact copy of Gates, who we get for free, except Gates can actually reach princess whereas Roon is stuck at Duke. At least Roon is angry when goes swimming. Just don’t let him attack any ships or he will get wrekt. Even if you want someone simply to put the sailor medal on, Dearborn or Milos is your man. A giant waste of 900 medals. 1/5 for replacibility.
