Do cactus provinces in deserts, do they both stack? Still bad though, 2 star for me. Just because he can reach king does not make him special in any way.

He is good in deserts, but you don’t need an Infantry general just for desert-fighting. His stats are more or less. 2 stars because he is good on desert-fighting.

One cool thing I discovered about him is that his terrains actually stack. Cactus terrain counts as both forest and desert. He can get a +56,25% damage boost on cactus tiles.
But still, get Katrine if you want to use a cactus infantry, which is a weird thing to ever want.
