Is he any good as his uncle? There is a possibility that he is his son At least some historians say that Hortense de Beauharnais was forced by her mother to be a lover of Napoleon. But anyway he is not very good imo. John is far better and for the same price. |

Dearborn is only 100 medals more expensive than him, but starts out with lvl 3 salvo.

For me, I would compare him to Tsar Alexander I.
Both emperors can achieve the same nobility. Both have similar skills.
The difference is Rank, Mountain Fighting VS Land Fort (let's just admit it's true nature ia Street/Urban Fighting), Arty Expert VS Arty Master & the atk distribution (Pure arty VS All units).
I can imagine how Napoleon III can be used: Like a WC3 FA gen withstanding siege.
However, Arty Expert is arguably a better skill & normally one will NOT keep a gen trapped in a city. This makes Napoleon III weaker than Alexander I.
