The Clinton of navy generals, except he isn’t free. Good skills, but he can’t have more and his max title is only Marquess. His stats are meh. 2 stars.

Plus 35% hp at start. Has potential so imma give him a 3/5 stars. He ain’t the dabrowski of naval generals, that would be Jervis or the russian guy |

I’d have him over Falsen as a free general. That would be awesome, especially if you get his escorting to lvl 4 thru farming. Falsen is not that bad, but marquess is awful and he has horrible battle/specific ability. Seriously, jourdan has 56 - 30 at max. That is amazing. Falsen by comparison has 36 - 24 maxed out hahaha! |
