Haven’t been able to find a guide for battle of Yorktown, my troops just get blocked yo and unable to advance. I have tophe two free generals which everyone has at that point, any help appreciated. So first of all you need to put Jourdan on the heavy artillery you get at the start. From there you go the furthest you can with him to the enemy artillery you can and then attack the fortress. The infantry at the lvl 2 city will be led by Clinton and you will try and gather all of your troops around Jourdan, but out of the fortress range(2 tiles). By 2nd turn you should attack it once more with jourdan and it should die if not just ignore it and go for the lvl 2 city closer to the French circle the artillery and be careful do not go TOO much outside so that the big fortress hits you. Also during all of this, you are just spamming light artillery at the factory and soon you will start getting hit by the corvette at sea so you can either ignore it or get all your artillery to shoot it. Then, the infantry would move up from the city close to sea so be ready with one of your troops to defend it. Then, the French hopefully would come and help you with the lvl 2 city close to them. You will get your artillery to shoot at it, but be careful since there will be troops who will come at you through sea from Yorktown that you can kill with the artillery that you move over from the city you captured lvl 2 with the french help and 1 or 2 artillery will shoot at the troops, but just have at least one cav or infantry to take hits once they land. After you siege the lvl 2 city close to sea and kill most of the troops that come by sea, you should go and take out the fortress. Don't be that scared to let Jourdan in hit range of some cav or inf since mostly they will not target him so take out the fortress. Around that time all of the troops would kinda "move up" as in stop staying in 1 place and help when its already too late so your Frenchies will help greatly in this and they will kinda be half HP by the end of their turn when they move up so clear those troops. Then, Cornwailes or something will move to the French. Also forgot to mention, once you get the lvl 2 city after 1 or 2 turns or immediatly you will start spamming militia all day every day. Same situation with the other lvl 2 city. With that militia you will target Cornwailes with the help of some artillery. Once you kill him, move EVERYTHING TO YORKTOWN AND BOMB THE shoot OUT OF IT!!! I hope this helped oh and also dont be mad if it doesnt go right since I had Frenchies die by the third or fourth round completely and Washington isn't an objective once you get one of these cities. ____________________________________________________________ Edited by Nobunaga Oda to improve readability. ____________________________________________________________

There is no level 4 city there is a level two and level three, maybe easytech changed it I think AdamJesmond meant that you should capture the lvl 2 target city on the west and upgrade it to a lvl 3 city with Military Academy.
